WARRANTY CLAIMS AND PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Product Return & Replacement
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you have the option to return the products you purchased, for the purpose of replacement with other products or a refund. The product you want to return or replace must be in the condition in which it was purchased:
– The product must be the original packaging, which must not have been damaged.
– The product must be unwashed, unworn, with all labels attached. The product must also be free of stains, hair, or any other damage.
– The package with the returned product must include the printed and completed form, which you can obtain here:

Within 14 days of receiving the package, let us know that you are canceling the contract (via email or mail) and return the product within 30 days to the following address: GM WEB, trade and services d. o. o., Ljubljanska cesta 45, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenija
The amount paid by the customer for the product is returned by bank transfer within 8 working days from the arrival of the shipment at our headquarters in Slovenia and is checked by the employees of Gravity
Without our form, we will not be able to locate the package you will send us. Therefore, the replacement / refund claim will not be able to proceed.
Shipping costs are borne by the sender. Packages sent with the option “payment after delivery” will not be accepted.
In case we do not receive a written cancellation of the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the product, it will no longer be possible to replace / return your products. The product will be replaced or the purchase amount will be refunded within 8 days of receiving the return package.
Warranty claims
In case the product you bought does not work properly, you can claim a guarantee. All electronic devices in our store have a 24-month warranty period.
The guarantee is invalid in case of:
• causing damage to the product
• wear due to use
• defects resulting from improper, contrary to the appropriate and negligent use of the object.
The products are returned in the original packaging, which must not have been damaged, along with all accompanying accessories. Otherwise, the warranty claim will be rejected in whole or in part.
